When you complete an eligible Scheduled Service with Beachside Volkswagen, Volkswagen Service Initiated Roadside Assistance (SIRA) is activated for you.

Other Volkswagen electric vehicles: up to 24 months
SIRA provides 24/7 roadside assistance, 365 days a year, subject to eligibility and applicable terms and conditions.
*Terms & Conditions: Eligible Volkswagen vehicles receiving a qualifying Scheduled Service at Beachside Volkswagen may receive up to 12 months of Volkswagen Service Initiated Roadside Assistance (SIRA), or up to 24 months for eligible electric Volkswagen vehicles excluding eTransporter. Essentials Service and Essentials Service Plus are not eligible. Existing Volkswagen Assist/SIRA membership may affect the period provided.
